A little about me...

All of my life I have been an animal crazy person. Growing up in a family of animal lovers, we  had animals of all types, small dogs, large dogs, cats, fish, birds, hamsters, and rabbits. Visiting a rescue centre when I was very small ignited my passion for animal rescue and I have fostered and rescued many cats and dogs over the years. Having rescue animals comes with it’s own unique challenges, and it was this that first made me research animal behaviour to try and understand how I could help with their anxieties.

My career in Business kept me from fulfilling my dream job, but since stepping back from this to concentrate on my family I decided to put my experience and knowledge into Happy Dogs. I have since qualified in level 3 Diploma’s in both Canine Behaviour and Dog Training. I am also level 3 qualified in Canine First Aid.

I believe that dog training, even if you only have time for a small amount, will allow your pup to become a more relaxed and happier dog.

It is never too late to start training and building that special relationship with your fur baby.

I currently have 4 pets; a Border Collie, a Working Cocker Spaniel, 2 Moggie cats, and 2 fish, and I can confidently say that they are all well trained (only part trained in respect of the cats!) and very happy members of our family.

I am truly passionate about dogs and will work with you as best I can to ensure both your dog and your family can get the most enjoyment out of your fur baby.

My Promise to you

I fully understand that entrusting your fur baby to somebody is a big decision.

My promise to you is that I will treat them with the same love as if they are my own.

I love to see animals happy and content and will do everything I can to ensure your baby is happy with me.
